These terms are an agreement between you and ThemeNcode LLC (“we”, “us”) for your use of the HearthBee apps and website (“HearthBee”). By using HearthBee, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use HearthBee.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your phone, email and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give accurate sign-in details, and do not sign in as someone else.
Households
A household is shared. People you invite can see and change the household’s shared information, and the owner can remove members. Only invite people you trust. Items marked “Only me” stay private to you.
Your content
What you add to HearthBee is yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it to you and the people you share it with, only to provide the service. When you share an item to the public catalog, you let us show it to other users without your name.
Acceptable use
Do not use HearthBee to break the law, harass people, send spam, upload content you have no right to share, interfere with the service, or try to access other people’s information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Shops and building groups
When you send a list to a shop or join a building group, you deal with them directly. We are not a party to your purchases, deliveries or payments, and we are not responsible for what shops or other members do.
Not financial or medical advice
HearthBee helps you keep records and reminders. It does not give financial, legal or medical advice, it is not a bank, and it does not move money. Medicine reminders support, and never replace, the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Check important numbers and dates yourself.
The service
HearthBee is free. We work to keep it running well, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features. We will give notice in the app before removing something important where we can.
Ending your use
You can stop using HearthBee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must by law.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, missed reminders or payments, or decisions you make using HearthBee. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
App stores
If you downloaded HearthBee from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for HearthBee or its support. Where these terms conflict with Apple’s standard license terms for apps, Apple’s terms apply to your use of the iPhone app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app or on this page first. Using HearthBee after the changes take effect means you accept them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
